Qualcomm Snapdragon New 600 Series Announced : Snapdragon 630 And Snapdragon 660

Qualcomm has announced two new chipsets in their Snapdragon 600 series i.e., Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 & the Qualcomm 660 chipsets. Both the chipsets will be Succeeding Snapdragon 626 and Snapdragon 653 respectively. Both the new SoC’s are using 14nm process and supports VoLTE and VoWi-Fi.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 630

This is an 64 bit architecture, 8x ARM Cortex A-53 processor clocked at 4x ( 2.2 GHz + 1.8 GHz ) speed using 14 nm process. Snapdragon 630 supports upto 8 GB of RAM, USB v3.1, Bluetooth 5.0, Adreno 508 GPU. It also supports camera upto 16 Megapixels and 24 Megapixels. And the screen resolution go upto 1920 x 1200 pixels.
Other features include like 4K Video recording @30fps, Dual band Wi-Fi and Qualcomm Quick Charge 4 technology.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 660

This is an 64 bit architecture, 8x Qualcomm Kryo 260 CPU clocked at 4x ( 2.2 GHz + 1.8 GHz ) speed using 14 nm process. Snapdragon 630 supports upto 8 GB of RAM, USB v3.1, Bluetooth 5.0, Adreno 508 GPU. It also supports camera upto 16 Megapixels and 24 Megapixels. And the display supports Quad HD with screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.
Other features include like 4K Video recording @30fps and Up to 1080p video capture @120fps, Dual band Wi-Fi and Qualcomm Quick Charge 4 technology.
